Salesforce Administrator

We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Implementer to help shape and deliver the CRM vision. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in a large, stable organization while working on innovative solutions that drive business transformation.

As our Salesforce Implementation Specialist, you'll be responsible for the full implementation lifecycle - from gathering requirements and designing solutions to configuring, testing, and supporting our Salesforce environment.

What You'll Do:

• Implement and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• Configure Flows, reports, dashboards, and Lightning components.
• Manage system architecture, data structure, and security settings.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead Salesforce implementations from specification to successful delivery.
• Train and support end users to maximize platform adoption.

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3 years of professional experience implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce Admin certification (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Flows, reports, dashboards, and Lightning.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Public Sector Solution (PSS).
• Proven track record implementing at least one large-scale project from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Expertise in managing permission structures and security models.
• Excellent requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
• Experience training and supporting end users.
• Knowledge of data migration tools.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for technology and continuous learning.
