We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Team Manager for the Infra-Core-Platform team, to work on our critical infrastructure, services and core cross product areas ensuring scalability, readability and high performance. This role is ideal for an engineer who has passion for technologies, thrives in high-growth environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is eager to drive technological innovation.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in managing platform engineers teams.
- Expertise in modern programming languages, such as Python, C#, Java, Scala, Kotlin, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure code, SOLID principles, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Experience working on large-scale cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in DevOps practices and monitoring cloud-based services.
- Hands-on experience in Agile environments with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in high-growth startup environments, with a mindset for scalability and efficiency.
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Kafka, Spark, and OpenSearch.
