The Role

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager who's equal parts music nerd and product operations pro. You'll be the glue between vision and execution—leading cross-functional efforts across engineering, product, and design to bring our platform to life and keep it running smoothly.

This is a key role for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and brings a strong foundation in technical project management, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine appreciation for music and digital culture.

What You'll Do

• Lead and take full ownership for the planning, coordination, and execution of all technical projects across our web and streaming products.
• Partner with engineers to prioritize sprints, clear blockers, and deliver features for both internal tools and end-user experiences (e.g. playlist builder, show scheduling, curator dashboards).
• Define and optimize workflows to streamline content publishing, show management, and broadcast ops.
• Own platform stability and performance—triaging bugs, managing tech debt, and overseeing system health.
• Translate product requirements into clear documentation and technical tasks.
• Collaborate with design, product, and leadership to align priorities and keep everyone on the same page.
• Help shape our backend roadmap, focusing on scalable, modular systems for live and on-demand radio.
• Track KPIs, user feedback, and system metrics to guide development priorities and product strategy.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years experience in a Technical Program Manager, Product Ops, or similar role at a startup or SaaS/media company.
• Strong understanding of agile development, software life cycles, and technical project management.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills—you can keep multiple workstreams aligned and moving.
• Experience bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable writing clear documentation, managing timelines, and keeping stakeholders in the loop.
• Bonus: hands-on technical skills (e.g. scripting, working with APIs, light coding).
• Bonus: experience with streaming media, content platforms, or audio tech.
• Big bonus: a genuine love for music, especially independent, underground, or alternative scenes.
