Responsibilities
The role includes all activities related to the design, implementation, and distribution of automated tests:
- Developing automated tests in Python
- Writing a detailed design for implementing new tests
- Reading engineering specification documents
- Interfacing with software teams, algorithm teams, operations research teams, system engineers, and integration personnel
- Reading logs and isolating faults
- Working with Docker, Kubernetes
Requirements
- Graduate of software testing and automation course
- At least 3 years of experience in manual QA and writing of software test plans (STPs), software test designs (STDs), and software test reports (STRs)
- 3+ years of experience writing automations in Selenium and Python
- Familiarity and experience in implementing Selenium design patterns
- Experience in REST AP testing with tools such as Postman
- Experience working with virtual machines (VMs), Docker
- Familiarity with map-based web products (Cesium, Angular) – an advantage
