Data Solutions Role – Join Our Backend Data Solutions Team

We are looking for a candidate to join our newly established Backend Data Solutions team in a Data Solutions position.

This role involves implementing technological solutions in the data domain, learning modern tools, and working directly with clients – with a strong emphasis on independence, ownership, and professional curiosity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical implementation processes for clients, including environment setup, solution deployment, and training
• Learn and apply advanced data technologies
• Translate business needs into practical technical solutions
• Work independently and handle a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment

Required Qualifications:

• Strong command of SQL, including writing and optimizing complex queries
• Hands-on experience with Python development
• Understanding of data lake principles and relational database systems
• Familiarity with data file formats such as JSON and Parquet
• Basic knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts

Required Personal Attributes:

• High level of personal responsibility and self-direction
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in client-facing contexts
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and a growth-oriented mindset
• Analytical thinking and the ability to simplify complex problems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in development, engineering, or service in a technological military unit
• Experience with modern data platforms and tools (an advantage)

תחומי אחריות עיקריים:

·        הובלת תהליכי יישום טכני מול לקוחות: הקמת סביבות עבודה, הטמעת פתרונות והדרכות.

·        למידה ויישום של טכנולוגיות מתקדמות בתחום הדאטה.

·        תרגום צרכים עסקיים לפתרונות טכנולוגיים.

·        עבודה עצמאית והתמודדות עם משימות מגוונות בסביבה דינמית.

דרישות חובה:

·        שליטה מלאה ב-SQL, כולל כתיבה ואופטימיזציה של שאילתות מתקדמות.

·        ניסיון מעשי בפיתוח ב-Python.

·        הבנה של עקרונות Data Lakes ומסדי נתונים רלציוניים.

·        היכרות עם פורמטי נתונים כגון JSON ו-Parquet.

·        ידע בסיסי בארכיטקטורת מידע, מידול נתונים ומחסני מידע.

·        תקשורת בין-אישית מצוינת, בדגש על עבודה מול לקוחות.
