🔬 We're Hiring – R&D Chemist Researcher | Nanoparticles R&D Team

New Phase is a cutting-edge startup developing innovative technology for cancer treatment. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D Chemist to join our nanoparticles R&D team — an exciting opportunity to be part of a scientific effort that is shaping the future of cancer therapy.

Position Overview:

The selected candidate will lead a pioneering research project in the field of nanoparticles, performing hands-on lab work, conducting experiments, analyzing data, and presenting findings to the team.

This role requires a high level of precision, organizational skills, and strong scientific thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct experiments related to nanoparticles development.
• Perform a variety of analytical measurements QC (DLS, TGA, AAS, Zeta) and carry out accurate data analysis.
• Manage materials inventory, handle orders, and maintain organized data logs using Excel.

Requirements:

• BSc or MSc in Chemistry, Materials Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
• 2–3 years of prior laboratory experience in the industry – mandatory.
• Experience in QC testing – an advantage
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational abilities are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
