Join a leading and trendy jewelry brand as our next E-Commerce Manager!

We're looking for a passionate and experienced individual to take full ownership of our online store, drive sales, and elevate the customer experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee day-to-day website operations, including content management, product uploads, and promotions (Hebrew & English).
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
• Develop and implement monthly marketing strategies and campaign plans.
• Manage photoshoots alongside creative and marketing teams.
• Work closely with the commerce department on purchasing and inventory management.
• Optimize website performance and drive conversion rate improvements through ongoing analysis.
• Collaborate with development, marketing, and logistics teams to lead tech and marketing enhancements.
• Ensure the online customer journey is seamless, engaging, and aligned with brand identity.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience managing an E-Commerce website – Shopify experience is a big plus.
• Strong background in digital marketing and website optimization.
• A sharp eye for fashion and a genuine passion for the industry.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and analytical skills.
• Full-time availability at our Tel Aviv office – this is an in-house role only.
