📝 About the role:

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join the R&D. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of mission-critical systems that serve hundreds of thousands of users daily. This position includes ownership of QA processes, automation development, test design and execution, and close collaboration with development and product teams in an Agile environment.

🧰 Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute automated tests and a bit of manual tests (functional, regression, performance, and more)
• Design and implement end-to-end test strategies, combining manual and automated approaches
• Write and maintain detailed test cases and documentation
• Develop and implement robust test automation frameworks in Python and .NET
• Design and execute API tests, including automation for backend services
• Work with tools such as JIRA (or similar) for test and bug tracking
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure quality delivery
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Standups, and Retrospectives
• Monitor and support live systems in production environments

✅ Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong mix of automation and manual testing
• Proven track record in building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch
• Hands-on experience with Python and test automation
• Expertise in API testing, including automated validation of backend services
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, QA lifecycle, and SDLC best practices
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, test design techniques, and modern QA tooling (e.g. JIRA, TestRail)
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of cloud environments, especially AWS

• Experience with Gherkin syntax and its implementation (e.g., Cucumber, SpecFlow)
• Understanding of CI/CD processes, integration pipelines, and DevOps best practice
