DevOps Manager

Global and profitable startup company operating in the mobile app domain. The company acquires dozens of apps every month across various categories and continues to maintain and optimize them through its in-house SDK platform.

The offices are in Tel Aviv and Kfar Saba and offer a hybrid work model—three days from home and two from the office, with flexibility to choose either location. The company employs 130 people globally, including 40 in Israel.

Founded four years ago by five founders, the company has been profitable since day one.

The role includes managing one DevOps engineer based in Europe, with at least 80% hands-on responsibilities. You’ll report directly to the VP of R&D based in Israel.

Tech stack includes Linux, GCP, CI/CD, and Kubernetes.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of DevOps experience with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven hands-on expertise in AWS and GCP production environments at scale
• Strong background in Infrastructure as Code implementation and maintenance
• Expert knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment optimization
• Experience with monitoring tools and production system observability
• Proficient in log management systems and security best practices
• Track record of successful server migrations
• Deep understanding of mobile application lifecycle
• Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization
• Strong leadership abilities and hands-on approach
• Excellent English communication skills
