We are looking for a System Architect to join our team at ELTA Division
What you'll be doing:
- Development of integrated SIP (System in Package) modules.
- Component definition based on RF layout technologies and RFIC (Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits) using Cadence software.
- Use of design tools and layout simulators for LAYOUT design and hardware engineering of components.
- Design of advanced packaging for components in integrated circuits (IC) using cutting-edge technologies such as GaN, GaAs, and Si.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – mandatory
- In-depth knowledge of RFIC design and layout, including experience with layout design tools and simulators – mandatory
- Proven experience with Cadence tools –mandatory
- Experience in designing advanced packaging for IC components using GaN/GaAs/Si technologies – mandatory
- At least 3 years of experience in hardware development – mandatory
- Strong command of English (speaking, reading, and writing)
