System Integration Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Integration Engineer to join our development team and play a key role in the integration and testing of a cutting-edge multidisciplinary product combining advanced optics, hardware, and software technologies. This role involves close collaboration with R&D, support, and test teams, and requires strong technical expertise, a methodical approach, and broad system-level understanding.

Responsibilities:

• Lead system-level integration processes across all stages of the product lifecycle
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex system issues in both lab and field environments
• Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and optics teams to ensure seamless integration of components and modules
• Document issues, solutions, and procedures clearly and effectively
• Contribute to the definition and improvement of integration and testing processes
• Work with advanced diagnostic, simulation, and measurement tools

Requirements:

• B.Sc. (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in integration of complex multidisciplinary systems
• Proven experience working with systems that combine hardware, software, and optics – strong advantage
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a system-level perspective
• Experience working in cross-functional R&D environments
• High level of technical English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Self-starter with excellent teamwork and communication skills
