Algorithm Developer

Startup company developing an innovative solution aimed at revolutionizing the AI landscape for defense industries. The company has already achieved product-market fit and holds strong financial backing, with plans to triple in size within the coming year.

They currently employ 17 people, operate out of Tel Aviv near a train line, and work onsite with flexibility as needed.

The role is part of a collaborative team, involving a mix of classical and AI-based methods, focusing on research and development of Computer Vision and Deep Learning models, including Neural Networks. The data is sourced from Aerial Vision, Satellites, Drones, UAVs, Cameras, and also includes Radars, UGVs, and Robotics.

You’ll be involved in developing and training models for Edge Devices, working on Autonomous AI challenges such as Object Detection, Classification, Representation (Embeddings), Self-supervised learning, Homographies, Tracking, and Logics Performance.

Development is done in Python, using frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in algorithm development
• Proven experience with Computer Vision and Deep Learning
• BSc or higher from a top-tier university
• Candidates straight out of IDF tech units are welcome
