Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Relations Specialist located in Rishon LeZion. The Customer Relations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, providing support, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Requirements:
Experience:
1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in a global company. Experience in customer service and cross-functional work. Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree. Mastery in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential.
Skills and Personal Attributes:
Strong service orientation, excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, data analysis capabilities .
Task-oriented, responsible, detail-oriented, organized, assertive, proactive.
Languages:
Fluency in Hebrew and English (spoken, written, and reading) – required.
Additional languages – an advantage.
