Your Role

As part of our accounting team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations by:

• Managing invoicing and cash flow
• Handling accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciling credit card transactions
• Following established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement

Who You Are

You are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration are essential.

Requirements

• Certified Bookkeeper (Type 1+2 required; Type 3 is a plus)
• At least four years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in Excel
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and US bookkeeping is an advantage
