We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead our business and operational activities in the southern region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for achieving the business goals of the region
• Managing operational and quantitative metrics
• Leading and managing a team of area managers and distributors
• Collaborating with cross-division and regional interfaces
• Business development
• Managing commercial processes

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of field sales experience - mandatory
• At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG (retail market) - an advantage
• Experience in team management
• High-level English proficiency
• Bachelor's degree – an advantage
