We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead our business and operational activities in the southern region.

Key Responsibilities:

Full responsibility for achieving the business goals of the region
Managing operational and quantitative metrics
Leading and managing a team of area managers and distributors
Collaborating with cross-division and regional interfaces
Business development
Managing commercial processes

Requirements:

At least 5 years of field sales experience - mandatory
At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG (retail market) - an advantage
Experience in team management
High-level English proficiency
Bachelor's degree – an advantage
