System Engineer

ELTA Division is Seeking a System Engineer.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the development and validation of subsystems for unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs).
• Define system component requirements.
• Write technical specifications, design, and system definition documents.
• Analyze requirements and define system-level solutions for UUVs.
• Provide engineering oversight during development and lead subsystem integration, including full system integration and key testing in both lab and field environments.
• Manage subcontractors at the engineering level: requirements, design, development support, integration, and system testing.
• Lead broad multidisciplinary engineering teams.

What We're Looking For:

• Academic degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Systems Engineering – mandatory
• At least 3 years of experience in systems engineering, including system specification, development, integration, and testing – mandatory
• Strong multidisciplinary system-level understanding – mandatory
• Proven experience working with clients – strong advantage
• Experience in the maritime domain – advantage
• Experience with unmanned systems – advantage
• Independent, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player
• High-level proficiency in English
