Priority ERP Implementation Specialist

Job description:

Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing information systems within the organization while collaborating with various departments to understand and address the organization’s business and operational needs. The role involves resolving system issues (focusing on the Priority System), implementing new processes, training and supporting users, and continuously optimizing systems for improved performance. THE ROLE OFFERS OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH IN AREAS SUCH AS BI, BI SYSTEMS, INTERFACE SYSTEMS, APIS, AND MORE.

Responsibilities:

Driving organizational innovation as a key member of the information systems department.

• Analyzing needs and business processes to identify user requirements and deliver tailored technological solutions.
• Mapping work processes and identifying opportunities for improvement using the organization's information systems and available tools.
• Planning and overseeing the implementation process, including user training.
• Addressing system malfunctions and delivering technical support to users.
• Testing new processes based on defined specifications.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or completion of an applied course from a recognized institution (graduation certificate required).

• At least two years of experience in information systems analysis.
• At least two years of knowledge and experience in the Priority System as an implementer. Preference for experience in a manufacturing organization.
• Strong creative and innovative thinking skills.
• Ability to learn independently.
• Possesses a strong service-oriented mindset.
• Advantage - Extensive experience in one or more of the following areas: operations, production, engineering, procurement, or finance.
