Overview

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to shape and drive the development of our agentic AI platform. In this pivotal role, you'll work at the frontier of AI technology, translating our innovative vision into tangible products that developers and enterprises can leverage to build the future of autonomous agents.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, can think strategically while executing tactically, and has experience bringing complex technical products to market. You'll have the opportunity to define the product strategy for a category-defining platform in the rapidly expanding agentic AI space.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define the product roadmap and vision for our agentic AI infrastructure platform, balancing technical feasibility with market needs and business objectives.
• Technical Leadership: Partner closely with engineering and AI research teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and make informed trade-offs that advance our technology while meeting customer needs.
• Market Intelligence: Develop deep understanding of the emerging agentic AI landscape, competitor offerings, market trends, and customer pain points to inform product decisions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the connective tissue between engineering, research, design, marketing, and sales teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Customer Discovery: Engage with early users and design partners to gather feedback, validate hypotheses, and refine product direction.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop positioning, messaging, and launch strategies that effectively communicate our unique value proposition.
• Product Documentation: Oversee the creation of clear, comprehensive documentation that enables developers to successfully integrate and leverage our platform.

You've got...

• 3-5+ years of product management experience.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience or deep understanding of software development, ideally with exposure to AI technologies.
• A demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions and user-friendly experiences.
• Experience bringing early-stage products to market, with a track record of making strategic decisions in uncertain environments.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven approach to decision making.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with experience presenting to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bonus points for...

• Experience with AI products, particularly in areas related to autonomous agents, LLMs, or intelligent systems.
• Background in developer tools, API platforms, or infrastructure-as-a-service offerings.
• Product management experience in early-stage startups with successful exits or significant growth.
• Prior experience as a software developer or in technical roles.
• Familiarity with the AI research landscape and emerging capabilities in AI agents.
