We are looking for a Business Project Manager to join our team at ELTA Division.
What you'll be doing:
- Project management in the field of radar and situational awareness systems.
- Matrix management of various production and development teams across the industry.
- Involvement in unique, groundbreaking systems with significant impact for both the IDF and other clients.
- Full responsibility for a product line, with a strong focus on production aspects.
- Collaboration with various departments at ELTA, including engineering, planning, and procurement, as well as coordination with project managers and other business stakeholders within the organization.
- Communication with parallel project managers and/or end customers.
What We're Looking For:
- An academic degree in engineering – mandatory.
- At least 4 years of experience in industry or in the IDF in engineering development or management roles – mandatory.
- Proven experience in management, including oversight of subordinates or matrix development teams.
- Experience working with and managing production and procurement teams – an advantage.
- Familiarity with military systems – an advantage.
