Account Executive (תקציבאי/ת) - maternity cover

Description

As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Project Execution: Managing the full lifecycle of projects—from inception to delivery—by coordinating internal teams and liaising with external media partners.

• Client & Partner Engagement: Acting as the key point of contact for global clients, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring seamless communication between all stakeholders.

• Strategic Planning: Research and understand various markets and audiences to create data-based ideas and storytelling.

• Presentation Development: Creating and delivering compelling presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides, and other tools.

• Administrative & Financial Oversight: Managing budgets, financial reports, price proposals and all financial management

• Creative & Production Coordination: Working closely with the creative team to develop ideas and solutions for our clients. Supporting the creative and production teams in the content development and execution.

• Detail & Timeline Management: Using Gantt charts, Excel, or project management software to track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years in project management within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency

• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, and project management tools like Gantt charts, Excel, etc.

• Communication Skills: Fluent English (native level must) and good working proficiency in Hebrew (reading, writing, and internal communication).

• Presentation & Negotiation Skills: Comfortable pitching ideas, leading client meetings, and negotiating with network partners.

• Strategic & Organizational Skills: Strong ability to align client needs with business opportunities and keep multiple projects on track.

• Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous with excellent timeline and budget management skills.
