Join us in transforming the banking industry with cutting-edge technology. We’re building a platform that redefines how financial systems operate, and we need a Technical Product Owner who can dive deep into our technology, understand it inside and out, and help teams leverage it effectively.
In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between business and engineering, ensuring our teams use the right tools and approaches to build reliable, high-performance financial software. You’ll shape the product vision, translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements, and guide development teams through execution—all while maintaining a sharp focus on quality, scalability, and precision.

Define & Prioritize Product Backlog – Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and maintain a well-prioritized backlog.
Bridge Business and Technology – Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure development teams understand the technical goals.
Product Vision & Strategy – Develop and communicate a clear group backlog aligned with company goals.
Sprint Planning & Execution – Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure smooth development cycles.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams – Partner with Company teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
Product Quality – Conduct product reviews to ensure all the features standards are met before release.
API & System Design Oversight – Provide guidance on API design, data models, and solution architecture decisions.
Support Technical Debt Management – Work with engineering teams to refactor and improve existing systems while balancing new feature development.
Stakeholder Communication – Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring both understand priorities and constraints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of technical product owner experience.
- Previous experience as a software engineer, solutions architect is a strong advantage.
- Experience working on platform, product cores, engines software is a strong advantage.
- Expirience to highly regulated industries such as fintech is a strong advantage.
- Expirience with global enterprise companies is a strong advantage.
- Analytical mindset, with experience using data to drive product decisions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native technologies.
