What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a strong and highly motivated Jira Business Analyst to join us in a full-time position, with immediate availability preferred.

How Will You Make an Impact?

As part of our technology-driven team, you’ll play a critical role in streamlining and automating processes to boost our efficiency. Your day-to-day will include:

· Creating and managing Jira tickets.

· Customizing Jira and Aha! to meet team needs.

· Developing EazyBI reports and scripts.

· Writing automation scripts to simplify and accelerate our workflows.

What Is Needed to Succeed?

· Student or graduate in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Mathematics.

· Hands-on experience with Jira.

· A collaborative, team-first attitude.

· Curiosity and eagerness to learn about application security.

· Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

· Problem-solving mindset with a knack for creative solutions.

Desired Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Jira Administrator or Analyst — required.

· Knowledge of Aha! — an advantage.

· Experience in coding and scripting — an advantage.

· Understanding of operating systems (Linux/Windows) — an advantage.

· Familiarity with cloud technologies — an advantage.

· Experience working within an R&D organization — an advantage.
