Bookkeeper- Part- Time Position- Israel

Your mission

We are looking for a Bookkeeper for a Part- Time to join our dynamic finance team and support key financial operations. Your role will be essential in ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting while contributing to the team’s efficiency and success.

Your Mission

As a Bookkeeper you'll gain hands-on experience in financial operations while contributing to a fast-paced and growing industry.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage incoming and outgoing invoices
• Resolve invoice-related queries both internally and externally
• Support daily accounting activities, including transaction recording
• Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable
• Review and verify travel expenses
  
  

Your profile

• Bookkeeping Level 1+ Level 2 is a must, Level 3 advantage.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA- Must Have.
• Fluent in English & Hebrew (both written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented, patient, and responsible in daily operations
• Motivated to learn and actively contribute your knowledge
• Quick adaptability and willingness to onboard efficiently
