Requirements:

• At least 3 years of managerial experience – Mandatory
• Proven experience managing complex and integrative projects – Mandatory
• Experience in systems analysis and user requirements specification – Mandatory
• Hands-on software development experience – Mandatory
• Familiarity with development methodologies throughout the project lifecycle (SDLC) – Mandatory
• Experience with Agile methodologies – Advantage
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of billing, collection, and customer management processes –advantage
• Experience working in large organizations with complex, regulatory-driven systems – Advantage
