Support Representative

Successful Advertising software company in TLV is looking for is seeking a skilled and dedicated Support Representative. Our clients are international and most of the communication is done via chat support.

As a Support Representative, your responsibilities will include:

1. Premium Support: Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient assistance to our high-value clients via chat support, addressing their technical and financial challenges.
2. Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise with various departments within the company to ensure seamless support service and address any issues that may require cross-departmental collaboration.
3. Back-End Support: Provide critical support for back-end operations, contributing to overall system functionality and user experience.
4. Issue Resolution: Identify, track, and coordinate the resolution of customer issues and queries, escalating them as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Adapting to a flexible work schedule, including covering 2-3 evening shifts per week to meet the needs of our international clientele.

Requirements:

1. Fluent written and spoken English.
2.  Ability to manage multiple tasks and requests concurrently, while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.
3.  Strong technological skills, with proficiency in common web platforms and software.
4.  Prior experience in account management and digital support is advantageous. Experience in customer-facing roles and dealing with premium clients is highly desired.
5.  A strong passion for working in fast-paced environments and eagerness to grow within the company.
