Software Team Lead

We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Software Team Lead to join our growing R&D group and lead the development of scalable, high-impact systems from the ground up.

In this role, you'll guide a team of talented engineers, own key architectural decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver top-quality products. You’ll be responsible for setting engineering standards, driving technical excellence, and helping team members grow and thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of software engineers across design, development, testing, and deployment
• Own full development cycles – from architecture and design to implementation and delivery
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and DevOps to build scalable, maintainable solutions
• Mentor team members and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency
• Drive innovation through new technologies and best practices
• Contribute to hands-on coding, especially for complex or high-impact features
• Continuously improve development processes and system performance

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead
• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong background in modern development frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, Java, or similar)
• Solid understanding of system design, architecture, and scalable infrastructure
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript (a plus)
• Proficiency with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong testing practices and familiarity with automated testing frameworks
• Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Bonus Points For

• Experience in cloud-based environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or event-driven systems
• Background in cybersecurity or secure software design
