Defence Systems Engineer

The Missile and Space Systems Division is looking for a Defence Systems Engineer to join the development project for a comprehensive system, including Ground-to-Air Missile Interceptors, Launch Systems, Radar, Communication Systems, Command and Control, and more.

What you’ll be doing:

• Responsible for system specification documents and the integration of subsystems.
• Defining test requirements for the system.
• Writing test plans to verify requirements and overseeing test execution in collaboration with the integration team.
• Leading engineering discussions with the customer.
• Preparing and presenting technical surveys to the customer on relevant topics.
• Acting as the engineering Point of Contact (POC) for all engineering tasks related to the radar, interceptor, and command and control systems.
• Working in a matrix environment with multiple interfaces for development and system validation activities, including performance analysis, decoding, simulations, etc.
• Responsible for ongoing engineering tasks in the project, managing different teams and interfaces on relevant topics.
• Ensuring system-level safety and cyber security and deriving requirements for subsystems.

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Physics – mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in multidisciplinary system engineering (System of Systems) – mandatory.
• Previous experience as a developer or integrator – mandatory.
• Experience working in teams, including in a matrix environment – mandatory.
• Familiarity and experience with RF systems and radar systems – an advantage.
