Backend Engineer – Founding Team

We’re looking for a Backend Engineer with a strong foundation in software engineering, a passion for building robust systems, and the drive to shape the future of our technology from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build scalable backend systems in a high-performance, cloud-native environment
• Collaborate closely with the founding team on architecture, product, and infrastructure decisions
• Tackle deep technical challenges related to cloud, security, and distributed systems
• Help define the company’s engineering culture and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of backend development experience in a high-scale environment
• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering from a recognized university
• Proven experience designing, building, and deploying production systems
• Strong knowledge of backend fundamentals (data structures, concurrency, performance, APIs)

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Go (Golang) – major plus
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) – big advantage
• Background in a technological military unit – plus
• Passion for security, infra, and building things from 0 to 1
