FINQ — an AI-driven fintech company reshaping the future of wealth management — is looking for a highly experienced Legal Counsel to join our growing team.

What we’re looking for: 

✔️ LL.B. from a recognized academic institution (LL.M. – an advantage)

✔️ 10+ years of experience practicing corporate law, either in-house or at a top-tier law firm

✔️ Strong background in capital markets — a major advantage

✔️ Experience working with or in the U.S. (or U.S.-based clients) — big plus

✔️ Fluent English at the highest professional level — both written and spoken (a must)

✔️ Experience in startups or tech environments — a plus

✔️ Strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities
