Job Description:
Israeli branch of an international trading company for raw materials is seeking a responsible and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
The role includes order creation, order confirmation management, handling open orders, and communication with customers.
The representative will also be responsible for updating customer data, processing invoices, managing service complaints, and ensuring high-quality service and timely response to customer needs.
- Order Creation and Confirmation Management
- Handling Open Orders
- Customer Relations Management and customer service using SAP and CRM system
- Invoice and Credit Note Processing
- Handling Service and Delivery Complaints
Position Requirements:
- Education: Completion of commercial training (training in customer service – an advantage).
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of plastic materials and proficiency in software such as MS Office and ERP (SAP - an advantage)
- Languages: High-level English and Hebrew.
Personal Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
