Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer for an on-site contract role based in the Haifa area. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and scaling up a manufacturing line at our contract manufacturer’s facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the scale-up of a manufacturing process from pilot to production level.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of new production equipment.
• Optimize and validate manufacturing processes to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in process engineering, ideally in a manufacturing or production scale-up environment.
• Proven experience with equipment installation, process validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers or in a startup/scale-up environment is a plus.
