Job Description

As an Amazon Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and growing our Amazon storefronts. Your primary responsibilities will include optimizing product listings, analyzing sales performance, managing advertising campaigns, and ensuring our brand’s success across Amazon platforms.

Responsibilities

• Product Listing Optimization:
• Create and manage high-quality, SEO-optimized product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions).
• Monitor and improve product rankings and visibility on Amazon.
• Inventory Management:
• Track and maintain stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely replenishment.
• Amazon Advertising:
• Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze sales trends, ad performance, and customer reviews to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Customer Engagement:
• Monitor customer reviews and feedback, addressing concerns promptly.
• Implement strategies to boost positive reviews and ratings.
• Compliance and Policies:
• Ensure compliance with Amazon's rules, guidelines, and policies.
• Handle cases like account health, listing suspensions, and policy violations.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts
• Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, SEO, and listing optimization
• Proficiency in using Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
• Experience with the US market and products priced at $300 USD and up
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and advertising data
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Familiarity with international marketplaces (e.g., Amazon UK, Amazon Germany) is a plus
