Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join a strategic and fast-growing Platform Group within a global, high-impact tech company. This is a key opportunity to shape a holistic, secure, and robust platform that integrates multiple core products into a seamless user journey for developers and enterprises alike.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a central role in driving synergy across the platform's ecosystem, working at the intersection of business strategy, user experience, and technology. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with partners such as GitHub to ensure a best-in-suite solution that delivers exceptional value to users.

This position is both inbound and outbound in nature, combining product vision with business and go-to-market acumen. You’ll report to the future Director of Product (also being recruited), as part of a growing group expected to include 2-3 Product Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for core platform features, ensuring alignment across products and seamless collaboration between tools.
• Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, support, and other stakeholders to bring high-quality features to market.
• Identify customer needs, gather feedback, and turn insights into actionable product decisions.
• Lead product development end-to-end, from ideation through release and continuous improvement.
• Drive cross-organizational initiatives that promote synergy, innovation, and customer engagement.
• Develop relationships with external partners and drive strategic integrations (e.g., GitHub, cloud providers).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management within the technology sector.
• Proven track record of leading products through the full lifecycle: vision, strategy, roadmap, development, and launch.
• Strong strategic thinking and business orientation with hands-on execution skills.
• Technical understanding or prior experience in areas like Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Technical Support is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working in dynamic, cross-functional environments and driving complex projects to success.
