UX-UI Designer

TeraGen is looking for an experienced UX-UI designer for a dedicated work force which includes UX-UI designers, product analysts and content managers as well as a team of full stack developers. The team works with a SCRUM agile methodology (new ideas and practices are always welcome as long as they provide value) and uses a wide variety of feature and methodology development, from internal tools to our SaaS platforms, all for reaching the company’s objectives.

Your Day-to-Day Role

• Lead UX/UI design for new and existing SaaS/web app features.
• Work closely with product managers to translate requirements into great user experiences.
• Own the full design process: from wireframes and prototypes to final assets.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation (no coding needed).
• Improve and maintain our design system.
• Iterate based on user feedback and data insights.

Technical Requirements

• 2+ years of UX/UI design experience for web, mobile, or SaaS products.
• Solid experience with design systems and tools like: Figma, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

Technical Advantage

• Experience with: After Effects, Premier, Framer, Midjourney, Dall-e, Webflow
• Understanding of product management or dev workflows
• Experience with tools like MixPanel, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Jira, Monday.com
• User research, content writing, or digital marketing skills
• Basic frontend/backend dev experience
