🔬 We're Hiring: Financial Business Analyst

📍 Location: Caesarea

We are looking for a Financial Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and support the growth of our global operations, reporting directly to our division Manager

🧠 Your Impact:

You’ll deliver in-depth financial analysis, generate strategic insights for senior management, and support critical business decisions. The role also includes ongoing financial monitoring, market analysis, trend tracking, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

You’ll work closely with division managers and the executive leadership team – so analytical thinking, business understanding, and a proactive mindset are key.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Analyzing management reports, utilizing BI systems, and continuously monitoring financial data.

✔️ Conducting business and financial analyses – identifying trends, evaluating performance, and generating insights to support process improvements and strategic decision-making.

✔️ Assisting in the development and implementation of the company’s strategy in collaboration with senior management, helping drive strategic initiatives.

✔️ Preparing materials for management meetings, including presentations, analytical reports, and data-driven recommendations.

✔️ Monitoring the execution of management decisions and ensuring alignment with organizational goals by establishing performance tracking and control processes.

✔️ Maintaining ongoing communication with the group’s companies – collaborating with various departments such as Sales, Procurement, and Finance on a global scale.

✔️ Identifying and developing mechanisms to enhance productivity and drive synergies across the group’s companies.

✔️ Evaluating and implementing new technologies and AI tools – identifying advanced solutions to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.

🧾 Requirements:

👩‍💼 2–3 years of experience in FP&A / financial analysis / financial consulting

📊 Strong analytical skills – ability to work with complex financial data and derive insights

🧰 Proficiency in BI systems and Excel

🌐 Excellent communication skills – comfortable working with senior executives and global teams

⚡ Independent, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

🗣️ Fluent in both Hebrew and English

🧠 Strategic thinker with a structured approach and high initiative

🏭 Experience in an industrial/manufacturing company – an advantage
