Beit Issie Shapiro is seeking a Chief Financial and Operations Officer to join its senior leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Leading the Finance, Operations, and IT departments
• Managing the organization's budget and cash flow; full responsibility for procurement, payroll, collections, and reporting
• Overseeing physical infrastructure, maintenance, and construction
• Managing IT infrastructure and information security

Qualifications

• 8+ years min. experience as a CFO managing a budget of at least 30 million NIS
• Proven experience in working as part of a senior leadership team
• Significant management experience, including in operations
• Relevant academic degree – mandatory
• Knowledge and experience in accounting and payroll – CPA is an advantage
• Experience in reporting to regulatory authorities
• Experience in the non-profit sector – significant advantage
