You’ll be the bridge between our customers and our technical capabilities - translating needs, guiding processes, and ensuring exceptional delivery.

🛠️ Job Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers - owning relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Translate customer needs into actionable technical tasks and oversee their delivery.
• Collaborate with internal tech teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Continuously learn and stay current on emerging cybersecurity trends and tools.

✅ Job Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven ability to manage and support clients effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem - solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent Hebrew (native level) and excellent command of English are a must.
• Tech-savvy and curious - you don’t need to know everything, but you’re eager to learn.
• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals - An advantage.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: firewalls, EDR platforms, vulnerability scanning tools, SaaS security configurations - A significant advantage.
