A growing Fintech is looking for an experienced hands-on IT & Cybersecurity Manager to lead infrastructure, security, and IT operations across the organization.
This is a key role for someone who thrives in both strategic and operational domains, combining strong technological capabilities with a proactive security mindset.
What you'll do:
- Own the end-to-end IT infrastructure, from cloud environments to endpoint management
- Lead cybersecurity strategy, policies, and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.)
- Manage identity and access (AD), endpoint security (Intune), and network security (Fortinet)
- Ensure service continuity and system reliability through automation and monitoring (Zabbix, GLPI)
- Oversee IT procurement, vendor relationships, and budget planning
- Act as the organization’s go-to for risk management, security incidents, and audits
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in IT & security management, preferably in fintech/high-tech
- Expertise in Microsoft AD, Fortinet, Intune, Zabbix, SIEM tools, and hybrid environments (cloud & on-prem)
- Proven track record with regulatory frameworks and leading internal/external audits
- A leader with hands-on technical skills and a collaborative, business-oriented mindset
- Relevant academic background and security certifications – an advantage
