Mobile User Acquisition

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Mobile User Acquisition Manager to join a global powerhouse in real-time bidding (RTB) platforms for mobile advertising. If you're a performance-driven marketer who lives and breathes mobile UA and thrives in fast-paced environments—this one’s for you.

What you'll do:

Plan, launch, and scale paid user acquisition campaigns across major platforms: Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Unity, AppLovin, and more.

Analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, and fine-tune to hit ROAS, LTV, and CAC goals.

Collaborate closely with creative, product, and data teams to develop and test high-converting creatives and user funnels.

Manage relationships with ad networks, partners, and agencies, keeping a sharp eye on opportunities.

Own campaign reporting and deliver insights that drive growth.

Stay sharp and up-to-date on UA trends, tools, and tech developments.

What we’re looking for:

2–5+ years of hands-on UA experience in mobile (gaming, B2C, or AdTech environment preferred).

Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets ($1M+/month) and hit performance targets globally.

Solid grasp of mobile attribution and MMPs like Singular.

Analytical mindset with strong skills in Excel, BI platforms, and MMP dashboards.

Experience with creative strategy and testing.

Self-starter, results-driven, and not afraid to take full ownership.

Fluent English is a must.
