Java Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to join a global software company developing a cutting-edge SaaS product in the IT Operations space.

This role involves working as part of a highly skilled development team on a microservices-based SaaS solution that helps organizations optimize IT resources, forecast future needs, and prevent resource bottlenecks using advanced prediction models.

The product integrates with various ITOM components such as AIOps, Monitoring, and Discovery tools, and the role includes close collaboration with global teams, implementing SRE methodologies, and working with some of the world’s largest and most advanced IT environments.

In this role, you will:

• Design and develop new features and complex algorithms using Java
• Enhance existing features and resolve complex issues
• Troubleshoot technical problems in development and production environments
• Work with modern development methodologies, processes, and tools

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in Java Backend development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of Kubernetes and Kubernetes Telemetry
• Experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs
• A strong team player with excellent learning ability
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• Experience with platform-level technologies: Kafka, Redis, Spinnaker, Elasticsearch
• Experience with public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with Python and AI/ML models
