Quality Assurance Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001, MIL), conducting audits, and managing the quality assurance team, with the goal of ensuring top quality production processes and products in accordance with customer requirements.

Primary areas of responsibility:

• Development and implementing of quality procedures and documentation.

• Leading internal and external audits.

• Managing continuous improvement processes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

• Management of supplier and subcontractors’ quality standards, including supplier audits.

• Perform and oversee final quality inspections.

• Preparation and presentation of management reports.

• Management and support of the QC team.

• Working closely with all departments: engineering, production, purchasing and logistics.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in a manufacturing environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field

• Experience in the aerospace or defense industry is a plus

• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards

• Hand-on experience in implementing quality control processes and conducting audits

• Knowledge of manufacturing and testing processes for products in the fields of composite materials/ electronic cards.

• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP B1 / Priority).

• Good level of English (speaking, reading and writing).

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Effective communication and leadership skills
