Role Overview – Fueling Growth Through Strategic Partnerships
We are seeking a visionary VP of Business Development & Partnerships to spearhead strategic expansion through high-impact partnerships and commercial innovation. Sitting at the heart of our growth engine, this role will shape the way we collaborate with external players, unlock new revenue streams, and scale our platform’s reach across markets and verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the business development and partnerships strategy, aligning with the company’s long-term goals.
- Source, evaluate, and close strategic partnerships that drive product expansion, customer growth, and revenue impact.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle — from initial outreach and deal structuring to onboarding and long-term success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and activation of new partners.
- Define and track KPIs to evaluate partnership performance, ensuring continuous optimization and measurable results.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team, contributing to broader go-to-market and monetization strategies.
- Identify and test new business models and go-to-market approaches that extend the company’s market presence.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or corporate development, ideally within a high-growth tech or platform environment.
- Proven success in leading strategic partnerships and closing complex, high-value deals.
- Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, monetization strategies, and market dynamics.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to
- build trust and influence at all levels.
- Collaborative, self-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced,
- ambiguous environments.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with SMB-focused platforms, SaaS, or digital services.
- Exposure to global markets and partnerships.
- Familiarity with product-led growth or go-to-market strategy in a digital- first environment.
