Role Overview:
We seek an experienced and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Lead to spearhead our sales development efforts.
This pivotal role involves building and leading a high-performing SDR team from the ground up, with a focus on the Australian market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in establishing sales operations, particularly in B2B environments, and preferably possess a deep understanding of the healthcare technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a team of SDRs to identify and qualify sales opportunities effectively.
Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive sales development strategies to penetrate the Australian healthcare market.
Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and regularly assess team performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
Process Optimization: Develop and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales development and 2 years as a Team Lead.
B2B Expertise: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare technology sector. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead successful sales teams.
Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Communication: Fluent English at a professional business level – required
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
