Product Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Product Manager to lead the company’s global activities in the dental implant field. This role focuses on driving product growth worldwide, representing the company at international exhibitions and conferences, and delivering professional lectures and training. Key Responsibilities:

✔ Global Market Development – Work closely with distributors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and industry professionals to expand market presence and strengthen brand positioning.

✔ Industry Representation – Participate in international conferences, exhibitions, and professional events to promote our implant solutions and maintain a strong industry presence.

✔ Training & Professional Education – Develop and deliver training programs for dental professionals, distributors, and internal teams to enhance product knowledge and expertise.

✔ Product Strategy & Business Growth – Analyze market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and identify opportunities to drive product success and portfolio expansion.

✔ Performance Monitoring & Optimization – Oversee product performance, manage forecasts, and implement strategies to maximize market adoption.

✔ Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with global marketing, R&D, and regulatory teams to align product initiatives with business objectives.

✔ Expert Leadership – Serve as the global subject matter expert on the company’s implant portfolio, ensuring optimal product positioning and industry leadership.

What You Bring:

🔹A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Dentistry, Biomedical Engineering, or Business Administration.

🔹 3+ years of experience in product management (dental industry – a strong advantage).

🔹 Experience in global marketing and sales.

🔹 Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

🔹 Excellent presentation and training abilities.

🔹 Project management experience – an advantage.

🔹 High-level English proficiency.

🔹 Willingness to travel frequently worldwide.e.
