Job Title: Field Sales & Marketing Representative – Residential Rentals (Haifa Area)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team, specializing in the rental of residential units in the Haifa area. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, have strong interpersonal skills, and be driven to achieve results through face-to-face client interactions and local marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Actively promote and market residential rental units in Haifa and surrounding neighborhoods.
• Conduct in-person meetings and property tours with potential tenants.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and real estate agents.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and implement local outreach campaigns.
• Manage and update property listings on online platforms and social media.
• Negotiate rental agreements and close deals efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the rental process.
• Report regularly on performance, prospects, and market trends.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or real estate (experience in rentals – an advantage).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with the Haifa real estate market – a strong advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Proficiency in Hebrew; English and/or Russian – an advantage.

Compensation: Base salary + commission + bonuses
