Operations Administrator

Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company rapidly establishing itself as a critical player in the industry. We are a young, innovative company based in Tel Aviv that produces cutting-edge products. We are looking for an Operations Accountant who will be a member of the Operations division.

An Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting both the administrative and operational functions of the company. This position involves close collaboration with the operations team and other departments, while also managing project logistics and financial processes.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and a team player who thrives in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive and administrative support to the operations department's management.
• Support day-to-day office operations and administration.
• Manage procurement processes, inventory tracking, and cost monitoring.
• Act as a point of contact for internal projects, office supplies, shipping, mailing, and operational equipment.
• Deliver high-level organizational support to the Head of Operations.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in operational divisions in the cyber industry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity terminology and operational workflows – an advantage.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Slack).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
