Project & Configuration Manager

We are looking for a Project & Configuration Manager to join our growing Operations team.

The Configuration Management team leads engineering change management and drives cross-functional process improvements. This role requires deep process understanding, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Independently manage and oversee product configuration, documentation, and engineering processes from NPI (New Product Introduction) to Mass Production.
Analyze and improve end-to-end change management processes (ECR/ECOs/Deviations) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain product configuration and Bill of Materials (BOM) management, ensuring process consistency and traceability.
Ensure seamless data transfer to subcontractors and global production sites while addressing potential process gaps.
Collaborate with R&D, QA, Operations, and business teams to align configuration management with company objectives.
Take initiative in identifying inefficiencies, develop process optimizations, and implement continuous improvements.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering
Configuration management experience - BOM and Change Management, preferably in electronic/mechanical products from multidisciplinary industries.
At least 2-3 years of experience in multidisciplinary companies.
Strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze, optimize, and implement process improvements.
Proficiency in PLM platforms, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience working with subcontractors and customer interfaces.
Familiarity with production technologies and engineering workflows.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of process improvements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
