The VP R&D will play a key role in the company.
Main responsibilities & tasks
›Reporting to the CEO
›Part of the company management
›Pivotal role in the R&D, co-work with the CTO and CSO
›Data analysis (MATLAB) and algorithm development
›Contribution to company IP
›Software development (hands-on OR external vendor)
›System architecture (implantable and non-invasive device)
›Product development (management of external vendor)
›Delivery of DHF & DMR; Work with QA/RA on submission to FDA/CE
›Support clinical and pre-clinical trials
›
Capabilities & Experience
›Hands on!
›Experience in Cardiology
›At least 8 years of R&D development of a medical device
›Experience in systems (HW + SW). Not a device that is only mechanical
›DHF, V&V (e.g. 60601, SW validation), DMR
›MATLAB data analysis and algorithm development, Phyton
›Ability to detect, contract and manage subcontractors
