As a Software Engineer at PayU, you will be an integral part of our development team, responsible for designing and implementing effective systems that support our payment solutions.

You will work across the entire stack, contributing to the planning, development, and deployment of applications at high load and scale over distributed environments. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our cutting-edge payment systems, as well as gain valuable experience.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain efficient systems tailored to the intricacies of a complex payment landscape, ensuring robust performance and scalability.
• Engage in infrastructure planning, server-side development, working on high-load systems in a distributed environment using Kubernetes.
• Participate in 100% cloud-based development, leveraging AWS and distributed data centers to enhance application performance and reliability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to develop and deploy innovative payment solutions.
  
  

Qualifications And Work Experience

• Proven 2-3 years of experience as a backend developer with a strong focus on Node.js and a solid understanding of backend development principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent job experience.A creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to developing innovative solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a dynamic work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excited about new technologies, with a passion for innovation and working with cutting-edge technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
