We’re Hiring: Procurement Specialist with Import/Export Experience

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented procurement professional with a passion for international logistics? Join our dynamic team and take ownership of end-to-end purchasing processes, international shipping coordination, and returns management (RMA/RNA).

 Key Responsibilities

- Manage global procurement operations, including communication with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.  

- Oversee import/export logistics, ensuring smooth shipments and on-time deliveries.  

- Handle product returns (RMA) and product malfunctions (RNA), working closely with suppliers and manufacturers.  

- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, export licenses, and government forms.  

- Track and monitor shipments, ensuring alignment with project timelines.  

- Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, reduce costs, and boost efficiency.  

- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers, providing exceptional service in both local and global markets.

✅ Requirements:

- Proven experience in procurement – a must.  

- Experience in international logistics, import/export, and MRB processes.  

- Familiarity with RMA/RNA processes.  

- Strong command of English (written and verbal).  

- Excellent Excel skills.  

- Bachelor's degree – an advantage.
